Police arrested three people in a raid at a marijuana plantation in Ozamis City in Misamis Occidental on Saturday afternoon.
Chief Inspector Jovie Espenido, acting chief of the Ozamis City Police Station, identified the three suspects as Ariel Bundaon, 23; Lindon Bolante, 24; and Rosevilla Villamor, 46, residents of the city.
Espenido said the suspects were arrested during their raid at a marijuana plantation in Purok 3, Barangay Guingona at around 1 p.m.
He said they were able to recover at least 300 large marijuana plants, 620 marijuana plants and 296 marijuana stalks during the raid.
Also seized were three liquor bottles filled containing marijuana seeds, two homemade shotguns, a homemade .38 revolver and various ammunition.
Charges are being prepared against the suspects.
